Training Academy Programs are on an annual development cycle. As our athletes develop, they advance to new training levels that match their new game demands.

Level 1 - Develop
Building the base of our athletes. Most crucial training level for all players. Advised for all beginners as well as high school aged athletes.
Level 2 - Grit
Preparing athletes for the speed and endurance demands of collegiate or semi-professional contracts. Advised for players in collegiate soccer.
Level 3 - Execute
Training designed for elite and experienced athletes. Advised for athletes advancing from collegiate to professional soccer.

Level 1 - Beginners to performance training (High School)

Level 3 - Elite and advanced athletes. (High Level Collegiate & Professional) -
Athletes can change levels of training as they age. Overtake requests athletes to contact our coaches on the App if they desire being moved to a more challenging level of training.
